Best tip for weight loss | Weight loss without medicines, gym and dieting

Worried of obesity, no energy for gym, don't like dieting then what to do. Let the nature do. But let the natural system to work. The system is when we eat a major part is used by the body in the form of energy, more we have physical activity the more food will be consumed. The remaining part of major food part, carbs are converted into glycogen and triglycerides and and stored in muscle cells and fat cells for later use when we don't eat or long gap in between the meals. the stored ones are again converted into glucose and used in body activity and metabolism. Let this system work by avoiding snacking and eating in between the meals. An ideal gap is minimum 6 hours. For better results once in a week increase the gap to 12,16 or 24 hours (fasting).
