While some didn't quite suit my taste, there were also many that were truly delicious. I'll introduce you to the cheeses I've tried and found delicious. Mascarpone This cream cheese from Italy is made by mixing buttermilk with a little milk. It's rarely eaten on its own, but is mostly used in tiramisu or cheesecake.
