I investigated - moto service centre by destroying my Phone

Motorola service centers have received mixed feedback from users over the past few years. Some people say the service is poor, while others claim it has improved significantly. So instead of relying on online opinions, I decided to test the experience myself. In this video, I intentionally damaged the back panel of my Moto Edge 70 and sent my team member to a Motorola service center to see how they handle a real repair request. The goal was to check the entire process — from staff behaviour and cleanliness to pricing, repair quality, and turnaround time. We also checked how long it takes to get spare parts, how transparent the pricing is, and whether the repair quality is actually good. This video shows a completely raw and real service center experience so you can understand what to expect if your Motorola phone ever needs repair. Motorola has also been expanding its service network in India, increasing the number of service centers over the past few years. So we also discuss whether those improvements are visible in real life. Watch till the end to see the final repair result and our honest verdict. If you want us to test service centers of other brands like Samsung, Xiaomi, OnePlus, or Apple, let me know in the comments.
