The first part of the score separated by the chords comes from the BULGARIAN FAKEBOOK available on the internet and the second was transcribed by Ph Godelle (orchestra composer) Why 11/8....simply because every 11 eighth notes the melody changes. Bulgarian music is one of the richest and rhythmically varied on irregular rhythms which are traditionally played by musicians as in Turkey, Macedonia, Hungary, Romania, Greece....
