Monika Roszek. The victim was her husband's mistress, whom he brought home while Bożena was away. Upon her return, she was forced to live in a storage unit by the garage. On that fateful day, the accused learned that Stefan had also filed for divorce. During an argument with the victim, which he witnessed, she pushed her and, after losing her balance, stabbed her five times with a pair of pruning shears. Two blows struck her in the neck, and one punctured an artery, resulting in Monika's death. A psychiatric report concluded that Bożena was significantly impaired due to deep depression. Fresh fingerprints were found on the tool, and she had washed the jacket she was wearing that day... at 11:00 a.m. She added bleach, which destroys colors and removes blood. However, Monika's body was found in a position suggesting she had been raped before death. Therefore, Bożena claims that the murder was committed by Monika's previous partner.
