However, that was many thousand years ago (around 9th century BC) and there are only few sources left about Scythians: art, jewellery and what we know about them from the Assyrians, the Greeks and the Egyptians of that era. Possibly, they were not that homogenous as many might think. This video is about the eastern Scythians (and neighbouring Khitans of that time, assuming cultural similarities), probably with tendencies towards early mongol culture/ancient northern siberian culture.
