KENPO Wings of Silk (with extension) - Jamie Seabrook

In this video, I show the base technique called "Wings of Silk" which finishes after the elbow break and is required for Blue Belt in American Kenpo. I then add the extension which is required for 2nd Degree Black Belt. In the extension, normally there is a left knee to the groin after you rotate your attacker's wrist clockwise, but I chose to leave it out so I continue moving forward on my opponent, rather than stepping back after the knee. The main focus of this video, however, is to not telegraph your movement at the start of the technique.
