Quitting Alcohol and drugs is quite possibly the hardest thing a person can do! when I hit rock bottom, I planned for the END! Alcoholism is a severe disease that not only destroys the victim's life but also adversely affects his/her family. A lot of people are totally unaware that they are suffering from alcoholism. If you're a heavy drinker, your body may rebel at first if you cut off all alcohol. I am also an alcoholic and it wasn't easy for me to quit alcohol. But I tried and fought with myself and it helped me a lot to quit drinking alcohol.
