Afterward, I transitioned to the real estate industry and engaged in property management. I was often busy dealing with complaints from the owner of a tenant snack bar. During that time, I started investing in real estate with a capital of 1 million yen. I continued investing in real estate while increasing my income through my main job and side businesses. I became independent and have been doing so ever since. I could have easily made a living by just running the rental business alone, but because I took on various projects, I couldn't keep up with the workload and had to hire staff. Then, the COVID-19 shock wiped out my main source of income. While teleworking continued, I launched a YouTube channel as a new project. Although I am a real estate appraiser, I cannot write appraisal reports. I passed the real estate license exam after studying for 5 days, but I don't retain any knowledge that I don't use in my work.
