IMPORTANT PRODUCT INFORMATION For adults with moderate to severe SLE on standard therapy. Not for severe active lupus nephritis or severe active CNS lupus. Serious, sometimes fatal infections have occurred. Increased risk of respiratory infections and herpes zoster. Avoid initiating during active infection. Serious hypersensitivity reactions (eg, anaphylaxis, angioedema) have been reported. Avoid live or live-attenuated vaccines. Risk of malignancies unknown. Use not recommended with other biologic therapies. Infusion-related reactions may occur. Do not use if allergic to product components.
