AWESOME, FAST Otis Series 2 Elevonic 411M Traction Elevators at Le Centre Sheraton, Montreal, QC

Now these are what I call TRULY AWESOME LIFTS!!!! And at 1000-1200 FPM for ONLY 37 floors, these go VERY FAST!!!! And are quite THRILLING to!!! These are quite Similar to the Marriott Chateau Champlain's elevators, and they used to look identical for a while, but the recent Indicator/Fixture and Cab Upgrades make these look A LOT more modern than the Chateau Champlain. Nontheless, these are TRULY AWESOME!!!! These are VERY SMOOTH, but you CAN still feel them move!!! Being installed in 1983, these were Originally Circle Otis Touch Sensitive (According to jtelev, and I've heard the Service Elevators had Touch back in 2011, but if so, they just got modded with the recent renovation :( ), but got modded in the Mid to Late 1990s into Otis Series 2 Elevonic 411M Elevators with the ELD Indicator, Grandma Voice, and "Sticky" Series 2 buttons, but recently, this hotel got a good sized renovation, and the buttons were replaced with Newer Otis Series M2 Microtouch buttons, the stainless steel on the COPs was replaced, the indicators were replaced, the voice was replaced with the Newer Otis voice, and the cabs were renovated. Still, these are SUPER NICE, and they are ROCKETS!!! With that being said, let's give these FUN ROCKETS A RIDE!!!! Installed: 1982-1983 (Otis Circle Touch Sensitive) Modernized: 1st Modernization: Mid to late 1990s (Otis Elevonic 411M with "Sticky" Series 2 Buttons, ELD Indicator, Grandma voice, New Equipment, motors and controllers) Cab Renovation/Fixture Upgrades: 2015-2016 (Buttons replaced with Newer Otis Microtouch Series M2 Buttons, new stainless steel on COP, Cabs renovated, Indicator replaced with LCD, Voice replaced; Equipment, controllers, motors, and call stations stay as is from the previous mod)
