Everyone needs to pay particular attention to the words coming out of the mouths of people who say that they are sent by God. We must be sure what they teach is actually in line with the word in the Bible. The Bible warns of the serious dangers of deception by people who would appear in the latter days vouching for their own fidelity with the teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ and His Apostles. We need to be sure we are not being taken to the worship of other gods through the smooth talk and erudition of preachers who are deceived and are deceiving others.
