Cleaning and Greasing Swing Arm Bearings and Linkage Bearings on a Dirtbike

Step by step on how to clean and grease your swingarm bearings and how to clean and grease your shock linkage bearings on a dirt bike. I have included the torque specs for swing arm and rear shock linkage bolts in the video. I am greasing the swingers and linkage on my 2023 Kawasaki KX250. In this video I show you how to remove your shock linkage, how to remove your rear shock, how to remove your swing arm in order to grease all of your bearings. This is preventative maintenance for your dirt bike. I like to use waterproof grease which is what I have always been told to use.
