We're going to work your biceps and triceps for 18 minutes. Rubber bands are a fairly inexpensive material that allows you to exercise different parts of your body in a different way. Do any of you already use rubber bands? I encourage you to try it. If you find it difficult to stick with the exercises, you can reduce their intensity. You can combine this routine with other routines to change up the exercises. You can do the exercises by watching the videos 3 or 4 days a week.
