These beef back ribs may be the best thing I've grilled in a while! I'm using my Old Country BBQ Pits Vaquero (Santa Maria Grill) and grilling these beef back ribs over an open fire (live fire). Spoiler alert, I did have to wrap them, but they turned out great.
