زندگی کی سات حقیقتیں انسان کو ایک بامقصد اور متوازن زندگی گزارنے کا درس دیتی ہیں۔ پہلی حقیقت شکرگزاری ہے کہ انسان اللہ کی نعمتوں کو پہچانے۔ دوسری حقیقت اچھے اخلاق اور سماجی تعلقات ہیں جو زندگی کو خوشگوار بناتے ہیں۔ تیسری حقیقت خدمتِ خلق ہے، یعنی دوسروں کی مدد کرنا۔ چوتھی حقیقت علم حاصل کرنا ہے، کیونکہ علم ترقی کی بنیاد ہے۔ پانچویں حقیقت دنیا کو ایک سفر سمجھنا ہے جہاں ہر انسان مسافر ہے۔ چھٹی حقیقت خدا پر یقین اور اس کی رضا پر بھروسہ کرنا ہے۔ ساتویں حقیقت موت کی یاد ہے، جو انسان کو نیکی، عاجزی اور آخرت کی تیاری کی طرف راغب کرتی ہے۔ The seven truths of life teach man to live a purposeful and balanced life.
