Webinar SAP2000/ETABS and VIS - Design of RC Structures according to Eurocodes

Design of Seismic-Resistant RC Structures following EC2 and EC8. This webinar that was live on December 16th 2020 and now available for download provides a detailed introduction to VIS, an innovative software package for the design of reinforced concrete structures based on the Eurocodes. The program works as an independent post-processor for the CSi programs SAP2000, ETABS and CSi Bridge. VIS provides a family of plug-in tools fully integrated with these programs and capable of enhancing their design capabilities to a high degree of refinement. In this session, we will see how the program can be effectively used for the design of a seismic-resistant RC structure, analyzed in SAP2000 and made up by primary beams, columns and ductile shear walls, according to the provision of both Eurocode 2 and Eurocode 8.
