Risucchiato dal motore di un aereo a Orio al Serio. La testimonianza: "E' stato sbalzato indietro"

A man died on the morning of Tuesday, July 8, after being sucked into a plane's engine on the runway at Orio al Serio Airport. The accident, which involved a Volotea flight departing for Spain, occurred around 10:20 a.m. and paralyzed air traffic at the Bergamo airport, with several flights canceled, delayed, and diverted. "We knew something was wrong," said a traveler passing through the airport, "because a lady had told us that, just before boarding, there was a person running toward this plane and that they had been thrown backward by the air." In the airport parking lot, a few meters from the bus stops, a car was found, a red Fiat 500, which appears to be the victim's. "I saw the car parked there and then I saw the dog handlers. And then the various reports came in," said an airport worker.
