Cap More Of Interstate 90 In Boston?

Don't mind if I do with Unreal Engine 5! More along the idea of removing or capping freeways in the U.S. that run through dense metro areas. Boston is the location of the infamous Big Dig, that put one of its freeways, Interstate 93, underground. Perhaps it can do a better job by extending the cap that currently exists over Interstate 90 in the Back Bay area.
