20260712 Port Sorell - iSonic 60, MACH4 6.2 (37.8 knots)

Port Sorell, TAS, AU iSonic 60 | MACH4 6.2 | Tribal Weedspeed 29 Not a bad sail with the crew on a cold winters day! Forecast was showing a steady 28 knots all day, hence rigging the smaller gear for what might happen, but we got a lot less than that. Still great fun to be out. Hopefully another similar (or better) sail tomorrow! Also tested out my new LISA harness lines. Took a bit to get used to and I actually took them off the boom after that sessions and put my old ones back on, but I do want to give them another go. Measuring against my Severne 28-34 inch adjustable harness lines, the LISA ones, which are also mean to start at 28 inch, appear too be longer when both are set to their smallest setting. I checked this after using them, so it may be I just need to set the LISA ones on their smallest setting to start with and adjust them longer as needed from that. I'd also cut the length of the rope down or put a knot in it at around 36cm, so they can't slip out to such a large setting I can't hook into them at all. i'm also somewhat worried about what will break in a crash, as i don't think these will! They did feel super responsive though, so will give them another go.
