Puerto Rico Highway 20 North - Rafael Martinez Nadal Expressway - Guaynabo

Another concrete road, and unfortunately it was also Diamond Ground in 2020, and almost every bridge was ruined with thin asphalt overlay despite them being in excellent condition, but not the second bridge at the very start of the video (0:38) which is in very rough condition. Still have a few patches with grooves though. I don't know why the camera was moving back and forth, because it did the same for the Teodoro Moscoso Bridge video (https://youtu.be/watch?v=CWkhF6OzgPo), but not for the PR-53 video from Salinas to Guayama in both directions (   • Puerto Rico Highway 53 - Salinas to Guayam...  ).
