Ghostbusters II (1989 Activision) - Emulated ZX Spectrum +2A (RZX Rollback)
Partake in (loosely adapted) key scenes from the 1989 supernatural comedy sequel in this somewhat difficult game rendition. Ghostbusters II is... three games in one I suppose? Chuck Ray down a shaft, busting and avoiding spooks on a mission to collect slime. Next comes a side scrolling shooter with a levitating slimeball thing that defends the Statue of Liberty. Then finally, an isometric shooter/puzzle level where you defend a baby from a malevolent demon that resides within a painting. Yeah, there's a lot going on here and it sure as hell isn't an easy game, but they did an half cram in a lot. RZX rollback in use for this run, as without it (like many) I never would've gotten past the first Van Horne level. I struggled in the last Museum level as, for the most part, I had no idea what I was doing lol. All loading segments have been removed during editing, leaving only the relevant story and introduction screens. 00:00 - Intro & Title 00:41 - Van Horne 04:48 - Broadway 14:37 - The Museum 23:00 - Ending
