Tenyimi Union Nagaland holds first annual general session
Minister KG Kenye called for unity among the Tenyimi people while stressing that they are “first Nagas” and should not place tribal identity above the larger Naga identity. Addressing the first annual general session of Tenyimi Union Nagaland, he warned of growing divisions in Naga society and urged collective leadership, peace and good governance. The session also adopted resolutions on Naga unity, justice, women's safety and promotion of the Tenyidie language.
