Part 3: Interviewing and Client Counselling - Ordering Information & Checking Back
The student has already identified the main issues concerning the client, and has established a relationship. In this phase, the student will order the information he has received and check back with the client to ensure he has capture the essential components of her dispute with her landlord. The student demonstrates specific skills such as narrow and closed questions. The student also summarizes the client's story and engages in preliminary possible solutions.
