TET Slovenia marks the beginning of this long motorcycle journey from Friuli to India! We left early this morning from Cervignano del Friuli. Finally riding two motorcycles! The first mandatory stop is in Merna. We fill up, gasoline costs 1.62 € per liter, and we set off towards Podnanos where we intercept the beginning of TET Slovenia. It is wonderful that there are so many miles of dirt roads through the woods and cool along most of the route that is shaded. We meet no other bikers so far. It is Sunday and a beautiful sunny day. Amedeo follows the navigation with OsmAnd, we slip into single tracks, narrow paths of loose stones, we proceed slowly when there is a chasm to our right. That usual grip in my stomach that takes me before every adventure is already melting into laughter and utmost concentration "and now how do I get out of here?" 😂 I hope you enjoy it!
