T&F Optiplex 390 PSU H265AM-00 no 5VSB (bad TNY280)
Repairing a dead Dell Optiplex 390 power supply model number H265AM-00. The TNY280 died, killing a 2 ohms resistor so we replace both of them and the output capacitors while we are at it. 5VSB rail is restored and the PSU turns on.
