🎬 Episode 6: From Olympus to Karydi Beach The morning started at a campsite near Thessaloniki, the view of the majestic Olympus, the calm sea and the huge full moon rising from the horizon created a special atmosphere. We washed all the laundry, swam in the warm Greek sea and hit the road. 🏖 Karydi Beach, Sithonia The first point in Halkidiki is Karydi Beach. Finding a parking place for a camper was not an easy task, but at the end of the day we were lucky. Sandy shore, shallow bottom - a great place to relax with children. There is a restaurant in front of the beach, and nearby a pizzeria with a huge inflatable trampoline-slide, where the children splashed out all their energy, and we relaxed with a glass of wine (in Greece, half a liter in a restaurant is 5 € almost everywhere). 🌙 Overnight in the forest We found parking in a quiet forest opposite the pizzeria, so we stayed there for the night, enjoying the silence and fresh air.
