Universal Studios Orlando Now Using Digital AAPs (Attractions Assistance Passes) in the App

Universal Orlando has now upgraded their Attractions Assistance Passes to be all digital. Guests will use the same process through IBCESS to get approved and get a case number and then will be able to set up the digital AAP in the app. They can add guests to their pass and select an attraction and get a return time. The return time system has not changed, but guests will no longer be able to have a return time for one ride and use the pass at another ride that is less than 30. All attractions will need a return time in the app. Guests can make another return time 10 minutes after redemption of the last pass.
