Fixin' Stuff - The blind on my arcadia door is broken. Let's fix it!

The honeycomb-type blind on the arcadia door in my living room is around 25 years old, and it hasn't worked in quite a while. I looked into replacing it, but the cost of these things has skyrocketed....like most everything else nowadays. Nobody locally repairs them either, so I decided that I would simply research how to fix it, and do it myself. This video is kind of long, but that's just what it took. Grab yourself a cup of coffee, or a glass of tea, and come on along while I figure it out....and get 'er done.
