How To Fix Garage Door Cables

While I was out in the garden, the rest of the tribe was in the garage cleaning up. Then suddenly Angry Bird ran out to me and said "there's a problem with the garage door." When I saw the the garage door it was cocked to one side and a couple of the wheels came off the rail. We put the wheels back on but the garage door would not close evenly. Then we realized one of the cables has unraveled completely off on one side. So here's how we handled the situation.
