Partial Cinemax Break (w/Freeview scroll) (Spring 1981)
My best guess is that the cable company in Tulsa, Oklahoma had just added Cinemax to their lineup and were trying to rustle up some subscribers...using a ceaselessly-running scroll to the bottom of the screen. As a digital bonus, since the overscan area is now uncovered, you can get see the software blinking away in the bottom-left part of the screen. This aired over Cinemax in either April or May of 1981.
