Custard Ingredients: - 5 eggs - 400 gr. of white sugar - 100 gr. grated coconut - 25 gr. of butter - 1 coffee spoon of vanilla essence Decoration: - 200 ml cream - 1 tablespoon of white sugar Preparation: Place the eggs, sugar, grated coconut, butter and vanilla essence in the blender. Mix everything very well until the mixture is homogeneous. Unite a shape with butter and sprinkled with sugar. (my shape had a diameter of 18.5 cm and a height of 10 cm) Place the mixture in the mold and cover with aluminum foil. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes in a water bath. Put the hot water until it covers more than half of the shape. After the time, remove from the oven and let it cool completely. Run a knife around the mold and carefully unmold. Decoration: Whip the cream into whipped cream and add a tablespoon of sugar and beat again until the sugar dissolves. Place in a pastry bag and decorate to your liking. Serve the quindim fresh!
