GASP teams up with Butch Steinle, Jeremy Hart and the Lewisville S.W.A.T team for a typical "Peripheral heart training" circuit workout the focuses on strength and endurance. DESTINATION hosts this workout utilizing barbells, strongman stones, racks, sleds and prowlers totally taxing the whole body and every energy system available. "Fight like you train."
