F1’s Sebastian Vettel to Retire this year

Sebastian Vettel, one of Formula 1's greatest champions recently announced his retirement from both the Aston Martin F1 team and the world of F1 itself. Throughout Seb’s F1 career he achieved a great deal, becoming the first driver to score a win for the Toro Rosso F1 team before moving to Red Bull where he won 38 Grands Prix and 4 consecutive world championships. He was the youngest world drivers champion and the youngest ever 4-time world champion. His achievements didn't just stem from his time with Red Bull. Seb moved to Ferrari in 2015 where he won an additional 14 Grands Prix and came 2nd in the world drivers championship twice. Vettel now devotes a lot of time to his activism on and off the track - focussing on an array of issues including our environment and climate change. Sebastian Vettel is no doubt a top bloke and one of the greatest F1 drivers I've had the pleasure to photograph in my career. Although his retirement came as a shock to me, there's no doubt he will be missed and to him, I say Danke Seb.
