LIVE: Are these pencils a new Luminance alternative?

I've discovered a brand of coloured pencils that look like Caran d'Ache Luminance in more ways than one, but at a much cheaper price. Let's review them together - decide if they're worth the money, and if they're a good alternative to Luminance or just using some questionable marketing.
