Plotting electron localization function (ELF) isosurface using Multiwfn and ChimeraX
This video illustrates how to plot isosurface map of electron localization function (ELF) using ChimeraX based on cube file exported by Multiwfn. Different domains are colored differently to distinguish various featured electronic structure regions. Multiwfn is freely available at http://sobereva.com/multiwfn ChimeraX can be freely obtained via http://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/ If you have any question about this video and Multiwfn, please feel free to post on Multiwfn official forum: http://sobereva.com/wfnbbs
