Can the British Escape to Boston? Battle Road #1 | American Revolutionary War Gameplay (WDS)

Welcome to a new campaign series in WDS American Revolutionary War! In this playthrough, I command the British forces during Battle Road, beginning with the dangerous march back to Boston following the expedition to Concord. What started as a mission to seize colonial military supplies has turned into a fight for survival. As word spreads across Massachusetts, militia companies gather in ever-increasing numbers, blocking roads, occupying strong terrain, and harassing the British column throughout its retreat. The British must maintain discipline, protect their vulnerable baggage and wounded, and keep the road to Boston open while facing mounting pressure from all sides. Meanwhile, the Americans seek to wear down the column and inflict a decisive defeat on Crown forces.
