Scott Weiland's Last Interview - Adelaide Hall in Toronto 2015
Scott Weiland talks with Dawn Hamilton backstage at around 8pm, just 2 hours before his last performance at Adelaide Hall in Toronto on Tuesday, December 2, 2015. We had a full crew ready to film this interview, but only got confirmation with Scott's management 25 minutes before the time slot. Our interviewer put together this session as best she could on such short notice. Initially it would have been edited with question slides. But because of the sudden and tragic loss of Weiland's life. We all agreed to leave it unedited as much as possible. With that said. We are honoured to be among the very last to speak with him. In this interview session, Scott of Stone Temple Pilots reveals what he is most thankful for in life, defining his musical legacy, balancing rock attitude and fashion. He then explains his strategy if trapped in a zombie apocalypse and desert island. David Bowie is his biggest influence and would love to collaborate with him. And in a surprised answer, Weiland said that he was open to reuniting Velvet Revolver. Thus, we are disabling comments on this video. However, here are some fan responses we felt are appropriate: "Tiny Music is such a beautiful album, also my favorite one out of all of the STP discography (along with Purple). I'm glad Scott chose it as his favorite record too :) " by Bárbara Melián "Happy Xmas War Is Over is the name of the John Lennon Song. Another December devastating loss." by Theresa F "Hopefully Scott's music will live on not only for us as fans of the work he produced...but in new musicians he's inspired. Rest In Peace Scott." by blasterkid "Rest in peace Scott.. Thanks for everything. I see death as just the passing of the physical body, so I'm sure his essence is still somewhere out there! and definitely still among us!!" by MrCalavera10 ::Your opinions are important, so if you really want to get in touch, connect with us using the contacts below: Email: [email protected] Website: http://www.liveinlimbo.com/ Twitter: / liveinlimbo Facebook: / liveinlimbo Instagram: / liveinlimbo
