It's a traditional sweet and has been around for a century. We took a quick walk through the village, visited the castle, the center, and the main church. The delicious almonds are made at the Arte, Sabor e Douro space. Their preparation is slow, taking 8 days, 8 hours a day! We were enchanted and delighted with this sweet from Torre de Moncorvo.
