The BEST Assault Overhaul Build…

Blighted Precipice (Assault) Overhaul is the newest character added in Season 15 of My Hero Ultra Rumble. Today I decided to use what I believe to be one of if not the best tuning builds to run on him. This is making use of his new Cyberpunk outfit with the main two tunings being All For One’s Special Attack Reload Boost and Quirk Factor Release. These allow the character to have his heal available more often following a down and also improves his cooldowns just from getting a guard break in which is very helpful to use gamma a few times in a fight. Revenge Technical also seems like a good substitute to slot in as well since it isn’t always the easiest getting downs with this character.
