Following our wild battles with sharks and bonitas in Part 2, the sea conditions off Boynton Beach were absolutely perfect again today, putting us straight into epic blast mode! Starting with the gorgeous African Pompano, we reeled up some massive Mutton Snappers from the deep. From the perspective of an ichthyologist (fish scientist) who studies fish behavior and marine life, the sheer diversity and energy of these big game fish show just how incredible Florida's waters really are. And when the target Blackfin Tuna finally hit, the fierce fight turned the boat into an absolute celebration! (laughs) We had an amazing time taking turns fighting these powerful fish together.
