Hollywood in 1965 - restored 8mm vacation footage
This is a reel of 8mm film taken during a visit to Hollywood in early 1964. There are a lot of famous locations seen here, such as the intersection of Hollywood and Vine, the Chinese Theater, Musso and Frank's Grill, the Pantages Theater, Capitol Records, 7 Seas Restaurant, and more. I scanned this on a modified Moviestuff Mk II frame-by-frame scanner, then used several different software tools to restore the colors, remove (some) dust, etc.
