Different formulations of Potash Fertilizer || Spray of Potash || Flood of Potash || Crop Reformer

Potassium is an essential element for wheat and other crops at booting stage. There are different formulations of potash fertilizer available in the market. Farmers are so much confused about their method of usage that they are unable to make a solid decision about any form of potassium fertilizer for their plants. Some formulations are made for spray purpose while others are made for flood purpose. There are also some more forms present but in this video, I have tried to make clear the points about spray able and flood able types of products congaing potassium nutrient in them. One of these products is Katalyst which farmers prefer to use as spray but this product is not made for spray purpose. I have already conveyed some discussion about flood of Katalyst in a previous video as under: Katalyst 30% of FMC or Nia Potash30% Syngenta and any other of this potassium oxide (K2O) products are primarily made for fertigation purpose. On the recommendation of FMC, farmers have been spraying Katalyst on wheat and farmers have been getting better wheat production at low price of this product. Department of agriculture does not allow Ketalyst 30% of FMC or Nia Potash 30% Syngenta and any other (K2O) based product for spray. Firstly, owing to the chlorine contaminant in it, it may damage the leaves of vegetables and fruit crops. It may also do so in wheat if sprayed @2-3 liter per acre. Therefore, FMC company does also not recommend its spray on such crops. The second reason of not spray is that one liter is insufficient to fulfill the total potassium requirements of wheat crop. New fertilizer products are being introduced in our market and being farmers guide, it is our duty to train them about the use of new products. Fertilizers should be used according to their recommended usage method to take more benefits of a chosen fertilizer.
