The opening to this track in the OST feels inspired by Beethoven in its rhythmic propulsion and the string buildup into sforzando tuttis - Larkin seems to enjoy drawing upon his classical roots and it's fun to guess his sources. Beethoven's 5th is also in C minor and is built on 3rds. Coincidence?!
