Thank you to those who casted their votes! "The Winner Takes It All" had a landslide win (40% of the votes), which seems fitting given the title, no? (; ABBA is a long-time favorite band of mine. Their songwriting, storytelling, and catchy melodies were what made them my most played artist in 2018. Like many others from Gen Z, my first introduction of ABBA was from the movie "Mamma Mia" with Meryl Streep and Amanda Seyfried. For a long time, I didn't even realize the musical movie was only made of ABBA covers! So you can imagine my surprise (and delight) when I found the original performances/recordings. I listened to them ALL. THE. TIME. A few of my personal favorite songs by ABBA are "SOS," "Slipping Through My Fingers," "Under Attack," and wouldn't you know it: "The Winner Takes It All!" I hope you enjoy this ABBA cover.
