The Truth About Pentecostalism Part 7
There are many Pentecostal persuasions that have different doctrines. But ultimately the movement is the same. Most believe modern tongues is the Acts 2 experience, but this is incorrect. Modern tongues is man-made. The Acts 2 experience was a miraculous phenomenon put on display for the unbeliever to believe and be saved. In this podcast we explain Matt 18:20, which speaks of church discipline. In Pentecostalism, this is primarily used as God powerfully moving in the church service where someone receives a blessing, miracle of healing or where dancing, shouting and rejoicing takes place. God does bless, he does heal, and if he decrees too, he performs miracles, but Matthew 18:15-20 in context, is speaking of church discipline.
