UO Outlands Lightning Arcane Mage Build

Jumped on test center to see how arcane does with lightning aspect. It's a lot of fun to see this build delete mobs in seconds. Great defense with the void shield ability. Can be a downer to run out of mana without an aspect proc. put up 1100 DPS on the battle trainer.
