Armen Hyusnunts (saxophone) , Grigoryan Vardan (duduk), Khachik Sahakyan (keyboard), Vardan Araqelyan (bass), Arman Jalalyan (drums) Officially founded in 1996 by Khachatur Sahakyan (keyboard) and Armen Hyusnunts (saxophone), Time Report has undergone several changes in the process of establishing its current identity. A year after drummer Alexander (Sash) Grigorian and bass player Vardan Arakelyan joined the original duo in 1997, Time Report was born right after recording its debut album Songs without words. In the year 2000, the group was joined by the percussionist Eduard Harutyunyan, and in 2005 by duduk and zurna player Vardan Grigoryan and Alexander (Sash) Grigorian was replaced by Arman Jalalyan. Time Report is one of the best and most celebrated jazz ensembles in present-day Armenia, characterized by its impeccable mastery of ethnic jazz, complemented by harmonically colorful original compositions, and the international experience and brilliant personal technique of each musician.
