The PARAGON Pintail. Panama Sessions. CJ Nelson Designs x Thunderbolt Surfboards.
This footage was shot during a recent trip to Panama to visit CJ's dear friend Agustine Cedeno. The first four sessions on the new 9'11 Thunderbolt silver CJND Paragon. CJ is also riding the 10.5 Involvement fin in black volan cloth from the Flying Diamonds fin co. The PARAGON is a California inspired pintail designed to be fast and loose off the tail and stable on the nose. The Paragon has a slight step deck in the nose and edge in the tail with plenty of tail flip which allows this board to flow and maneuver with ease while remaining a versatile noserider. A modern down rail in the tail allows you to push through and drive out of your bottom turns and carry speed through your cutbacks. The Paragon also has the same magic rocker you’ll find in our beloved Slasher low pro. If you are looking for a performance pintail with traditional values this is your board. Shaped by Ryan Engle, designed by CJ. • For questions regarding sales, customs, design, fins or anything else CJ Nelson please email [email protected] • Full catalog at www.cjnelsondesigns.com
