Final Fantasy XV (PS4): Adamantoise Exploit (Remove Enemies In Dungeons)

This video showcases an exploit that allows you to keep the Adamantoise out while exploring the entirety of the overworld. This is done by gaining access to fast travelling so that you can bypass the triggers that would normally restrict you to a small portion of the map. By following these steps, you should gain access to fast travel while the Adamantoise hunt is active Step 1: Park the Regalia at the "Longwythe Rest Area" outpost. (I recommend making a save at Takka's Pit Stop after doing this step just in case you mess up) Step 2: Start up the "Lonely Rumblings in Longwythe" hunt at Takka's Pit Stop Step 3: Approach the Adamantoise and start the fight, making your way over to the location of the Regalia. Get as close to the edge of the fighting area as you can (keeping in mind that you will be heading for the Regalia once you leave the fighting area) and keep your camera on the Adamantoise. When the Adamantoise flashes, it means it's about to attack. As soon as you see the flash, head over to the Regalia as quickly as you can, enter the Regalia in manual mode, and exit as soon as you can. If all goes well, the game should auto-save before the Adamantoise goes back into hiding. (If the Adamantoise goes back into hiding before the save takes place, you'll have to start the process over again) Step 4: Load the appropriate auto-save that the game has made. Step 5: Head over to the "Balouve Mines" dungeon. Once you're in the dungeon make contact with the elevator door (you don't have to enter it). From there you should now have the ability to use key overworld features. Step 6: Travel back to the car via "Return to car" from the map menu. (You can run/chocobo back to the car if you prefer) Step 7: Enter the car in auto-mode and select any point on the map which you can fast travel to that's also not in range of the Adamantoise. (For example, in the video I choose "Wiz Chocobo Post") With those steps completed you are all set to explore outside the boundaries that are normally set in place to prevent you from exploring the majority of the map while the Adamantoise is out. Here's a few things to keep in mind while the Adamantoise hunt is active. While the Adamantoise is out, many enemies will not spawn in the overworld and dungeons of the game. Keep in mind that in some scenarios enemies will still trigger (for example, the puzzle section in Costlemark Tower will still have enemy spawns for it). So far I have yet to encounter any enemies outside of the final enemy in the sealed dungeons while using this exploit. In situations where a long loading screen takes place (typically when travelling long distances via fast travels), you'll find that the Adamantoise fight gets refreshed which causes you to lose some key map features. In order to get those features back, I recommend finding the nearest dungeon, entering the dungeon, then exiting the dungeon. If you're in the chocobo post area, initiating and leaving a race will also get you those features back. Using any technique will cause the corresponding character to warp over to where the Adamantoise is, which will also cause Noctis to warp over there if the technique calls for it (like Ignis's regroup and enhancement techniques for example).
